Our first guests came to the Tipi last night and they thoroughly enjoyed it. It's tucked in the woods right on the edge of a mossy-grassy bluff overlooking the ocean. It is HEAVEN, but the site is still under construction. Photos will come soon, so keep a look out for them. This morning we witnessed a sad event - but it is Nature. A crow robbed a robin's nest and stole a baby bird. It flew across the cove with the baby in its beak and the 2 parents mobbed it but to no avail. It seems so sad to have all that energy in building a nest and in raising babies destroyed in one moment. But the crows need to eat, too. It's just hard to WATCH it! The barn swallows are sitting on their eggs and the baby eagles are flying. You can hear their baby voices around the bluff.
